        The hydraulic oils commonly used in photovoltaic pile drivers mainly include anti-wear hydraulic oil, low-temperature hydraulic oil, etc. Due to different climatic conditions in different regions, there are certain differences in the selection of hydraulic oil. The following are the specific situations:   High temperature areas Applicable hydraulic oil types: usually choose ISO 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil or other hydraulic oil with higher viscosity. Analysis of the cause: The ambient temperature in high-temperature areas is high. Hydraulic oil with higher viscosity can maintain better stability and performance at high temperatures, which can reduce the risk of leakage caused by the thinning of hydraulic oil at high temperatures, and provide good lubrication, cooling and sealing for the hydraulic system of the pile driver, ensuring the normal operation of the system in high-temperature environments, such as desert areas in the Middle East.   Cold Regions Applicable hydraulic oil types: Generally recommended to use L-HV low temperature hydraulic oil or L-HS ultra-low temperature hydraulic oil   Cause analysis: In cold regions, such as China's northeast region and parts of Russia, the winter temperature often drops to very low levels. The viscosity of ordinary hydraulic oil will increase significantly at low temperatures, and may even solidify, making it difficult to start the hydraulic system. , poor operation and other problems. Low-temperature hydraulic oil has a low pour point and good low-temperature fluidity, and can quickly reach various lubrication parts in a low-temperature environment, ensuring that the hydraulic system starts and works normally under cold conditions.   Temperate regions Applicable hydraulic oil types: ISO 32 or ISO 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil are more commonly used.   Analysis of the reasons: The climate in temperate zones is relatively mild, and the temperature range is relatively small. These two types of hydraulic oils can basically meet the use needs of temperate zones most of the time. ISO 32 hydraulic oil has a lower viscosity and better fluidity in seasons or environments with slightly lower temperatures. It is suitable for some photovoltaic pile drivers that require higher response speeds; ISO 46 hydraulic oil can provide better stability and lubrication performance in high temperatures in summer or when the equipment is under heavy load.   High humidity areas Applicable hydraulic oil types: anti-wear hydraulic oil with good anti-emulsification and anti-rust properties, such as Mobil DTE 20 series.   Cause analysis: In high humidity areas, such as Jiangnan region in China and some countries in Southeast Asia, the moisture content in the air is high, and the hydraulic oil is easily contaminated by moisture and emulsified and deteriorated, affecting the normal operation of the hydraulic system. Therefore, it is necessary to use hydraulic oil with good anti-emulsification properties, which can quickly separate from water to prevent the occurrence of emulsification. I hope everyone can remember how to maintain our money-making tool: pile driver on a daily basis.Next, I would like to talk about what we should pay attention to during the running-in period of our pile driver. I.What is the running-in period?  Generally speaking, the first 100 hours of a hydraulic pile driver after it leaves the factory is the running-in period. Just like two people, the process of becoming more familiar with each other is the running-in period. The same is true for pile drivers. It should be noted that both guardrail pile drivers and solar photovoltaic pile drivers require a running-in process. The use of the machine during the running-in period will directly affect the life of the machine. II.The importance of pile driver running-in. 1. Equipment performance optimization During the running-in period, the various moving parts of the photovoltaic pile driver, such as the power head, drill rod, cylinder and oil pump in the hydraulic system, can gradually adapt to each other's working conditions. This is like a pair of new shoes. It may be a little rubbing at the beginning, but after wearing it for a period of time, the shoes will fit the shape of the feet to a certain extent, and it will be more comfortable to wear. The pile driver is a complex mechanical equipment, which contains multiple systems such as mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical. During the running-in period, the various systems can gradually achieve better coordination.   2. Extend the service life of the equipment If the photovoltaic pile driver is allowed to work at full load without a running-in period, the surface of each component is relatively rough and the friction coefficient is large. Under high load conditions, the wear between the components will be very serious.   3. Ensure work quality and efficiency After running-in, the various parts of the pile driver can be better protected, the overall system structure of the equipment is stronger, and many possible faults encountered during construction are eliminated. Thus improving your economic benefits.     During the running-in period, the pile driver needs to be used carefully, and the hydraulic system must not be overloaded. More attention should be paid to the daily maintenance I mentioned earlier. After working for 50 hours, the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil should be checked, and the index should not be lower than 18/15 level. The oil suction filter element should be checked and cleaned. When checking, pay attention to whether the rubber or asbestos gasket is damaged. If damaged, it should be replaced in time.

The design of guardrail pile drivers needs to take into account the compatibility with different specifications of guardrail piles, the control of pile driving verticality, work efficiency, as well as the convenience of operation and maintenance. For example, different pile types need to be matched with different pile driving hammers. The application scenarios of photovoltaic pile drivers are more complex. When designing solar pile drivers, factors such as the distribution of the equipment's center of gravity, operability, and adaptability to different photovoltaic site terrains need to be considered. For instance, a reasonable chassis and traveling mechanism can ensure that the pile driver can move smoothly and be positioned accurately in complex terrains like sandy areas and hills, and adding different counterweights can maintain the stability of the center of gravity of the photovoltaic pile driver during work and prevent accidents. Here, I would like to briefly and proudly introduce our processing techniques. 1. Blanking method: Laser blanking (with high precision, fast speed, and small deformation). 2. Welding. 3. Machining (For important components, the guide rails are processed by boring machines and machining centers for higher precision, and the drill bit caps are processed by CNC milling machines). 4. Surface treatment: Shot blasting (to remove the surface oxide layer and rust and increase the adhesion of subsequent painting). 5. Cleaning and grinding (to check the areas not processed by the shot blasting machine and conduct secondary treatment). 6. Painting: We use electrostatic spray guns. The powder coating is melted, leveled, and cured after heating, so that the sprayed workpieces will be more durable and have stronger ultraviolet resistance. IV. Personnel Quality and Skill Training Ultimately, product quality is created and ensured by people, so the quality and skill level of enterprise employees have a profound impact on product quality. Operators on the production line need to possess proficient operating skills and rich experience, be able to accurately understand and execute production process requirements, and avoid product quality problems caused by human operation errors. For example, skilled assembly workers can ensure the correct installation of components, and debugging engineers can precisely debug and optimize the equipment to make it reach the best performance state. V. Quality Control and Inspection System Product quality is not just talk. Whether the product quality meets the standards must be verified through product quality inspections. Only in this way can we ensure that the products delivered to customers are of reliable quality and satisfy them. Establishing a sound quality control system is the cornerstone for ensuring stable product quality. Enterprises should formulate strict quality control standards and procedures to conduct comprehensive management of all aspects such as raw material procurement, production process monitoring, and finished product inspection.
