I.What is the running-in period?

It should be noted that both guardrail pile drivers and solar photovoltaic pile drivers require a running-in process. The use of the machine during the running-in period will directly affect the life of the machine.
II.The importance of pile driver running-in.
1. Equipment performance optimization
During the running-in period, the various moving parts of the photovoltaic pile driver, such as the power head, drill rod, cylinder and oil pump in the hydraulic system, can gradually adapt to each other's working conditions. This is like a pair of new shoes. It may be a little rubbing at the beginning, but after wearing it for a period of time, the shoes will fit the shape of the feet to a certain extent, and it will be more comfortable to wear. The pile driver is a complex mechanical equipment, which contains multiple systems such as mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical. During the running-in period, the various systems can gradually achieve better coordination.
2. Extend the service life of the equipment
If the photovoltaic pile driver is allowed to work at full load without a running-in period, the surface of each component is relatively rough and the friction coefficient is large. Under high load conditions, the wear between the components will be very serious.
3. Ensure work quality and efficiency
After running-in, the various parts of the pile driver can be better protected, the overall system structure of the equipment is stronger, and many possible faults encountered during construction are eliminated. Thus improving your economic benefits.
During the running-in period, the pile driver needs to be used carefully, and the hydraulic system must not be overloaded. More attention should be paid to the daily maintenance I mentioned earlier. After working for 50 hours, the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil should be checked, and the index should not be lower than 18/15 level. The oil suction filter element should be checked and cleaned. When checking, pay attention to whether the rubber or asbestos gasket is damaged. If damaged, it should be replaced in time.
The main content of daily maintenance of pile drivers is to apply lubricating oil and butter, mainly for the parts with greater friction during work, to ensure the lubrication effect, to ensure the efficiency, stability, safety and durability of pile drivers in daily operations. 1.The sides and front of the horizontal telescopic guide rail should be lubricated once a day to ensure smooth working surface, and observe whether there are debris, stones, and iron filings sucked in.
2. The working surface of the vertical guide rail and the interface with the wear-resistant block need to be lubricated once a day.
3. Each pile driver has multiple oil cylinders, and each oil cylinder has a grease nipple at the hinge point of the pin hole at the top, which needs to be injected with grease once a day.
4.The pin ends at the working position are all embedded with grease nipples, which need to be injected with grease once a day.
5. The working chain of the vertical guide rail (if the guide rail has a chain) needs to be lubricated with engine oil before work, and the debris, stones and iron filings attached to the chain should be cleaned up in time after work.
6. Check if any screws are loose. If so, tighten them immediately.
7.Check the connection surfaces of hydraulic components and all pipe joints of oil circuits for leaks.
8.Check the hydraulic oil level to ensure that the oil level is within the normal range.
In summary, all parts with more friction should be lubricated, and all grease fittings of oil cylinders and pins should be filled with grease. If there is a chain, you need to apply engine oil. Note that these are daily maintenance tasks that need to be done every day!

By measuring the thickness of the steel used in the pile driver, we can roughly judge some of the performance of the pile driver. The steel used in the product can largely determine the performance of the machine. Therefore, when choosing and purchasing a pile driver, you must use a professional eye to measure it.
Whether it's highway guardrail pile drivers, solar photovoltaic pile drivers, drilling machines, down-the-hole drills, or even all construction machinery, I think the following aspects can largely determine the quality of mechanical products. When designing solar pile drivers, factors such as the distribution of the equipment's center of gravity, operability, and adaptability to different photovoltaic site terrains need to be considered. For instance, a reasonable chassis and traveling mechanism can ensure that the pile driver can move smoothly and be positioned accurately in complex terrains like sandy areas and hills, and adding different counterweights can maintain the stability of the center of gravity of the photovoltaic pile driver during work and prevent accidents. III. Production Processes and Manufacturing Procedures
For example, in the welding process, the adoption of advanced welding techniques and strict control of welding process parameters can ensure the welding quality of the structural parts of the pile driver, avoiding welding defects such as pores and cracks, thus ensuring the overall structural strength of the equipment. Here, I would like to briefly and proudly introduce our processing techniques. 1. Blanking method: Laser blanking (with high precision, fast speed, and small deformation). 2. Welding. 3. Machining (For important components, the guide rails are processed by boring machines and machining centers for higher precision, and the drill bit caps are processed by CNC milling machines). 4. Surface treatment: Shot blasting (to remove the surface oxide layer and rust and increase the adhesion of subsequent painting). 5. Cleaning and grinding (to check the areas not processed by the shot blasting machine and conduct secondary treatment). 6. Painting: We use electrostatic spray guns. The powder coating is melted, leveled, and cured after heating, so that the sprayed workpieces will be more durable and have stronger ultraviolet resistance.
IV. Personnel Quality and Skill Training
Ultimately, product quality is created and ensured by people, so the quality and skill level of enterprise employees have a profound impact on product quality. Operators on the production line need to possess proficient operating skills and rich experience, be able to accurately understand and execute production process requirements, and avoid product quality problems caused by human operation errors. For example, skilled assembly workers can ensure the correct installation of components, and debugging engineers can precisely debug and optimize the equipment to make it reach the best performance state.
V. Quality Control and Inspection System
Product quality is not just talk. Whether the product quality meets the standards must be verified through product quality inspections. Only in this way can we ensure that the products delivered to customers are of reliable quality and satisfy them. Equipment Purposes
The guardrail pile driver can be used for pile driving, pile extraction and drilling, and is applicable to various scenarios where pile driving, drilling and pile extraction are needed, such as highway guardrails, expressways, photovoltaic power plants, farms, ranches and orchards.
Three systems
I mainly use three systems to understand this pile driving equipment, namely the power system, the control system and the working system. Now, please allow me to explain them one by one.
I. Power System
The power system consists of a diesel engine, an gear pump and a hydraulic system, just like the heart and blood in a human body. The diesel engine adopts the National Standard II Changchai 490-B four-cylinder engine with a power of 38Kw and can provide a maximum of 52 horsepower. The gear pump is driven by the diesel engine to pressurize the hydraulic oil. Finally, taking the hydraulic oil as the medium, it provides power for the whole pile driver to carry out operations. This is how the hydraulic system works.And this product of wheel-mounted guardrail pile driver adopts the right-handed 540 gear pump.
II. Control System
The control system uses the multi-way valve and also takes the hydraulic oil as the medium. It controls the valves of the hydraulic oil to achieve the control of the working system. The brake, throttle and air cut-off brake lever can also be regarded as part of the control system. Operations are carried out through proper manipulation.
III. Working System
The working system includes that the plum blossom frame controls the forward and backward tilting, the slide rail controls the left and right movement, the large arm and the small arm control the up and down movement of the hydraulic hammer, the pushing frame and the hammer splint fix the hydraulic hammer on the vertical guide rail to work up and down.

1.The 4.2m high vertical guide rail can handle the columns with a height below 3.2m. Meanwhile, it is applicable to three models of round piles (114mm and 140mm) and square piles (130mm).
