Intelligent Control System :

The TZ650 intelligent solar pile driver incorporates the automatic control system of the pile driver, which integrates functions such as automatic walking, navigation, and automatic pile driving, realizing the fully automatic control of the pile driver. This innovative technology not only improves the construction efficiency but also reduces the labor cost, bringing about a brand-new transformation to photovoltaic construction ground installation and safety barrier installations.

    The system is compatible with two working modes, namely the hammer head and the rotary head. The operators of the pile driver can easily control the pile driver with just a remote control and a tablet. The tablet is connected to the control terminal of the intelligent system for pile foundation construction via WIFI. The control terminal responds to the instructions from the tablet in real time, calculates based on the data returned by various sensors, and precisely controls the pile driver to perform actions such as drill arm resetting, slide frame straightening, slide frame resetting, walking, navigation alignment, pile hanging, and piling.

    The system mainly consists of the following parts

1. The control terminal of the intelligent control system for pile foundation construction: As the core component, it is responsible for receiving instructions, processing data, and controlling various actions of the pile driver.

2. The APP of the intelligent control system for pile foundation construction: Through this APP, operators can set parameters more conveniently, monitor the construction progress, and check the equipment status.

3.  The auxiliary remote control of the intelligent control system for pile foundation construction: In cases where it is inconvenient to operate with the tablet, the auxiliary remote control can provide an additional control method to ensure the smooth progress of the construction.

RTK & GNSS System :

Signal base station: Installed on the machine itself, usinga GNSS base station can provide radio reference functions, obtaining the machine's coordinate position, with asignal coverage of 3km.

Satellite system :

Satellite system selection mainly includes 4 satellite systems: GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BeiDou. According to the needs of measurement work, you can choose whether to receive the signal of the corresponding satellite system. In actual operation, please select the appropriate differential mode and set the corresponding parameters to ensure that the system receives differential signals and guarantees high-precision positioning needs.

Automatic leveling system :

The intelligent pile driver is equipped with two built-in attitude sensors for real-time monitoring and adjusting themachine's own working status, three rope displacement sensors for obtaining the extension distance of the horizontal and vertical masts, and a rotary encoderamong others.With just one button, the mast of the pile driver can be reset to a vertical position.

Walking track :

The pile driver uses a rubber track chassis, which unlike traditional steel tracks, reduces the overall weight of the machine, lessens the damage to the road surface.and also reduces the noise generated by the machine during operation.

Engine :

Cummins 75KW, 102 horsepower turbocharged engine, powerful and reliable.

Work accessories :

The hydraulic hammer is equipped with a silent hammer case covered with high-strength plates, embedded with imported wear-resistant plates, which reduces the resonance between the hydraulic hammer and the hammer case, lowers the wear of the hydraulic hammer,and extends its service life.
