Our new product, the Intelligent Pile Driver, begins its European journey!

On November 5, 2024, the intelligent pile driver TZ650, which was completely developed and manufactured by TeZhong Machinery, was officially announced to be put on the market. We first informed our European customer, an experienced photovoltaic contractor who has been cooperating with us for 6 years, of the news and introduced the various functions of our new product to them. It is mainly equipped with a very comprehensive system, which we call an intelligent control system.

The system mainly consists of the following parts

1. Pile foundation construction intelligent control system control terminal: As the core component, it is responsible for receiving instructions, processing data, and controlling various actions of the pile driver.

2. Pile foundation construction intelligent control system APP: Through this APP, operators can set parameters, monitor construction progress, and view equipment status more conveniently.

3. Auxiliary remote control of pile foundation construction intelligent control system: When it is inconvenient to use a tablet computer, the auxiliary remote control can provide additional control methods to ensure the smooth progress of construction.

One person can complete all the piling construction tasks, which greatly improves the flexibility and efficiency of construction. Whether it is photovoltaic construction or road guardrail construction, the TZD intelligent piling machine can play a huge advantage. Its appearance makes construction more intelligent and efficient, empowering global infrastructure construction.

Our customers showed great interest, saying that this machine can greatly improve their construction efficiency, and wanted us to demonstrate the operation and performance of the machine remotely. We remotely demonstrated the various operations and performance of the machine for them. Since we developed a 4m high guide rail at the beginning, and the customer wanted a 4.5m guide rail, we accepted this customized request, added a certain amount of counterweight blocks, and matched the 4.5m guide rail. They placed the order without hesitation, and we started shipping today after the production was completed. The large truck pulling the container came to our factory in the afternoon and began to pack our smart pile driver. This will start the European journey of our new product, the smart pile driver.
