Saudi customers visited China's photovoltaic pile driver factory Tezhong Machinery to explore new opportunities for renewable energy construction

On February 8, 2025, at 11 a.m., two customers from Saudi Arabia came to our company from afar. Their purpose was very clear, which was to visit and understand the strength of our factory and observe the various parts and performance of our pile drivers up close.

They are a company in Saudi Arabia that provides large-scale development, construction and management of renewable energy solutions, including onshore wind power, offshore wind power, solar energy and energy storage. They came to our factory this time to find a suitable and reliable solar piling machine for the construction of a solar photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of more than 200MW that they have completed the general contracting contract for. Their work is complicated, and they need to carry out different methods of construction (including piling, spiral piling, spiral drilling and impact drilling) in different geological conditions (including soft soil layers, hard rock layers, etc.). These construction methods must cooperate with each other to complete the project, so they must consider comprehensively and find suitable and reliable products to ensure the smooth completion of the construction task, so they came to our factory.

Considering the complexity of their construction work, our company's technicians and sales staff discussed a lot about their project, including the geological conditions of the construction site, how to carry out the construction work, etc. Finally, based on our experience, we recommended them a suitable configuration: the photovoltaic pile driver TZ536 with easy-to-change working accessories, which can be easily switched between hydraulic hammer and rotating head, so as to complete different construction methods. When seeing the hydraulic hammer, the customer asked whether the hammer head could be customized. The answer is of course yes, the hammer heads required for all pile types can be customized. Then the customer visited our production line, including the unloading area, machining area, paint room, and assembly area. After the visit, the customer expressed that he highly recognized our special products and thought they were amazing.
